Are you still having issues with this? I know you posted this a long time ago... I have the same problem right now. I really hope you are back on Apex and on your main account as well!

No, you're not alone. I logged in to play with a friend to show him the issues ive been having and then it DC'd me and began spitting out code about connections and whatnot.
I logged back in briefly and all servers were reading at 15 to 55 ping and an average of 30% packet loss.
Then my Xbox live connection took a running dump. Now it's blinking on and off. Dunno what's going on whether it's EA or Xbox

Where you able to fix the issue for you?
I have the same issue now and support only says:
"Issue is currently analysed" -> obviously not since the issue isn't new ^^
