I tried to clear cache, repair in both origin and steam, reinstall, close secondary apps and contacted ea help online and nothing worked. its so sad to see that people are still having this problem for more than a month and ea support doenst give a s***. I really hope that i have my account back, because i spent real money in it and i dont want to lose all my skins and legends that took me a long time to get. Please EA do something for us, look our accounts and really try to fix this issue! i had to create another acc so i can play the game, and this is so frustrating since i cant play with my favourite legends and the new legend itself.
