You can ask EA Support to merge your EA Account or link your accounts the proper way here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/link-your-console-accounts/?franchise=origin&product=origin#:~:text=If%20you%20have%20multiple%20EA,transfer%20over%2C%20like%20game%20progress.

An EA Account can only have one of each platform account linked at a time. This means that you can’t link an EA Account to two PlayStation IDs, for example. Instead, you’ll need to create a new EA Account to link an additional account.

If you try to link additional accounts, you’ll get a message that says Linked accounts found.

If you already have multiple platform accounts linked to an EA Account, they’ll stay linked, but you won’t be able to add more. I suggest choosing your preferred accounts when you link them together.
