Yo... Is anyone from the support going to reply what will happen with my battle pass? I have paid for something that I can't use anymore... At least refund or what??????? What is that attitude to your players???????? I am very frustrated that no one bother to take my complaint seriously.

There was an issue from a few weeks back that looked similar to this. Thanks for the detailed report.
Can you try a couple of things to start.
1. Repair EAC. In your game folder go to Apex\EasyAntiCheat, and run AntiCheatSetup.exe. You'll then get the option to repair.
2. Restart with a Clean Boot to ensure that no 3rd party programs could be interacting with Apex/Origin/EAC.
