Try using alternate DNS settings with these instructions. From the Xbox home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings). From there, enter the Primary DNS as "208.67.222.222" and the Secondary DNS as "208.67.220.220". If that doesn't help, try using the google DNS servers which are: primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
Okay that might have worked but it could be one of those random times that it does work I will test further
Ok so that didn’t quite work but I can get it to work if I spam a so that I press a as soon as it gives me the option to, which is kind of annoying
Okay well now that doesn’t work

As a test, can you switch your connection to a mobile hotspot to see if that lets the game load? Again, this is only as a test and not meant to be a permanent solution if it works.
Didn’t work but I noticed that when I start the game it just says respawn and ea but doesn’t say panic button which I think it is supposed to because that is what it says when I play on switch which works

Try deleting the personal saved data for your gamertag. Try following these steps:
-
Press the Guide button and then highlight the [game] tile.
-
Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
-
Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.
There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

- @EA_Aljo thanks dude, that helped, went to settings, network, advanced settings, and figured it out. I noticed somwthing was wrong because there was no server data info at the bottom of the start menu. and theres also the option to change servers. my game woukd load like usual, but the info was missing and it just kept spinning. Hope this helps others
