Thank you for following up on this!

I looked through all the trace results you attached. Most of them actually look OK. For all but a couple of them the ping stays pretty low throughout the trace, and there doesn't appear to be any measurable packet loss. 

However, one of them did stand out a bit. When the trace reached the 9th hop it looks like some packet loss started happening, and it continued through the rest of the trace all the way to the destination. It's possible there may be an issue at the node where the connection hit that particular hop. 

When you have the chance I'd recommend getting in touch with your ISP to show them these results and see if they're aware of any issues at that particular datacenter. There might be something they need to work out at that location.
