Not able to purchase 6,700 apex credits pack

Hi, I've been trying to purchase the 6,700 credit pack to purchase the supersonic event packs and it doesn't allow me to with no error message or anything. I have the correct amount needed and already tried signing out of steam and then closing it in task manager which didn't work.

I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game as well as restarting my pc multiple times but nothing changes.

another note is that it allowed me to buy 500 apex credit pack but no other ones
