@EA_Cade My computer apparently thinks that the latest driver is installed, even when I had just downloaded a GeForce GTX 970m driver released today (version 418.91 - WHQL), and then scanned my computer for compatible drivers. Also, my computer has the correct date and time, so that shouldn't be the issue.

@Theilon Thanks, I'll let you know when I get more info.

This same thing has been happening to me. I have currently tried every single fix out there including your most recent including updating all my drivers. Here is my Dxdiag in case it helps with your investigation to fix this annoying issue that keeps us all from playing.
samer error =(
I'm getting the exact same issue and I have tried everything in the thread.
Guys, i found solution for myself, hope that it could help all of u too.
In my case the problem was with winhttp settings.
i changed my winhttp proxy to default through cmd, because it was set to old network and now it didnt work in default net (for my internet provider)
So, u have to change yours by "netsh winhttp import proxy source=ie". (it set the proxy for windows updates). Also for more information u can google about netsh winhttp
First of all u have to set ur right proxy in system, then u go to cmd and do that stuff.
If it helped u please share it with others

thanks in advance and congrats, i hope you enjoy the game :DYup this one worked.
The one with the proxy reset
This worked for me too. Thank you.
@shevsl This worked for me as well, thanks. Nothing else seemed to do anything, but this did.
- This worked 4 me. Thanks
- thanks so much 🙂 this worked for me
@shevslThis worked, thx a lot mate.
Yeah this does not work for me. Need help.
Can't get the game to start. Yesterday I crashed from memory errors 6/6 times. Tried restarting my PC, running origin and Apex in admin, repairing Apex, etc. I make my C drive writable and now Apex can't even launch because it's saying my Origin is offline EVEN THOUGH IT'S OPEN IN THE OTHER WINDOW AND I CAN TALK TO PEOPLE ON MY FRIENDS LIST AND IT EVEN SAYS "PLAYING: APEX LEGENDS™".
- Grab a free VPN, like ProtonVPN, start it, launch Apex, close Apex once you get in, disable the VPN, now you should be able to launch just like normal. If the problem's still persisting, playing with the VPN seems to fix it.
I'm going to try this when I get home from work. Thanks a ton for taking the time to update a few threads with this solution @Nightstick24 . Hopefully it works for me and many others going forward !
I did this I even formatted my PC didn't work, I was playing fine, then I got off for 2 hrs hopped back on and this happened spent 5 hrs troubleshooting after that
Just tried the proxy method and still nothing.... there has to be a fix somewhere. I’ve literally tried everything
I don't think they're describing the same issue as the op..
It never gets to the title screen.
Can you pls explain your solution for dummys i dont quit know what i have to do
Thx
