Re: Apex Packs Disappeared

After the update today I jumped on and I counted all my unlocks and got 57 items (I can give you a full list if nessesary) Im lvl 24 right now, and it comes to 19 Packs (maybe more since I have the Crafting Materials, and I remember those may come in packs as well. 

It looks like everything does check out, like you said, but I really, honestly dont recall opening them. Like I said in OP, they vanished after a match, so it looks like there really IS a bug that may have opened them and given me the items without notification/new blips. 

But I thank you for the help in trying to get to the bottom of this. If only after all this ruckus I couldve gotten a Wraith skin, haha. 

I've played this game since week 1, and my packs disappeared if I didn't open them right away; I had contacted EA about this and I wasn't taken seriously as I hadn't spent money up to that point. (I've bought every season's battle pass to date now, but season's weren't out at this point) But sometime after this first encounter with EA, I received the missing items from the aforementioned packs, the only problem being is I missed out on all the recolors of the skins from these packs. The ONLY reason this bothers me is I have the Wraith 'Void Specialist' and I missed out on the 'Airship Assassin' because I got the items from said packs after this recolor had hit the store. I would have bought this skin with my 'legend tokens' in a heartbeat! Could someone from Respawn or EA please help me and give me the opportunity that I missed out on, which was because of a bug that I had no control over.
