    This is  a second account I use to play with my kids. It was level 30 something. This all started after the botched game update so I waited thru the weekend to see of there were any solutions to no avail. I installed the game in steam but never linked it to any EA account. The E-mail I use for the steam account is the same one I used for my regular EA account. Just looking for some answers, I don't want to level up my steam Apex Legends account again if I'm going to lose all legends and progress again. Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi. My Apex account level and all my trackers have been reset to zero. I don't know how this happened or what I can do. I was playing a game with my 70 something account came out of the game and it was level 1. Help.

    I have been waiting ever since this happened. My account is still completely reset, all of the legends are locked except the base ones that you get from lvl 1, ALL of my heirlooms, skins, progression, everything is completely gone. I have spent countless money on this game and what, they are all gone now?!?!?!? WILL I GET THEM BACK?!

    Looking at other threads and on reddit, everyone seem to just have their progress reset? It seems I am the only one in which my account is COMPLETELY RESET?! I have been playing since season 1 and I have nothing unlocked and like I said, all of my heirlooms are completely gone?!?!? It is like my account is completely new and have never played on it?

          Reposting as new topic - this was NOT a cross progression issue. I have only ever been on pc for this account.

     

    My entire account got reset.  Thousands of hours of stats, skins, levels, battle passes, heirlooms, etc. - all gone.

    I created a case and was emailed yesterday that my account was fixed. I am still completely reset, and I cannot resume my case, or create a new one for this issue.

    It is very disappointing that EA would treat the support for this bug/mishap so carelessly, considering all of the money and time people put into the game just disappeared into thin air.

  • Yeah same. Everything is just gone from one second to another. RiP Heirlooms 🙂

  • Same exact thing, they said they fixed it and they absolutely didn't.
