Account issues such as bans and suspensions cannot be assisted with here on AHQ.

You'll need to contact the TOS Team if you want more information about your ban or if you want to dispute it.

From what I personally have seen, Terms of Sale bans are typically done for players that have recharged their purchase via their bank.

Not saying that this is the case for you, though if you did do that, then that might be the reason for why you got banned.
