Just got a reply and they said they took the correct action and I was indeed "cheating" which is bogus.
Been playing since day 1 of this game and sent hundreds of not thousands of money on skins and heirlooms.
I queued into a tdm match with bots (there were 3 actual players on opponents side but tbh they were not good and might as well be considered as bots)
Had 27 kills and nearly 8k dmg and while I was shooting this bot Bangalore with my flatline I got hit with the ban.
Saw similar cases in forums and reddit posts so I'm 100% not alone in this.
The other possibilities are that anti cheat is flagging people who are getting high kills with bots and think we are win trading or somehow involved in the bots joining that specific lobby?
Background application such as vanguard? I had discord,steam,razer synapse and vanguard on my background when it happened.
The other possibility is my wifi.
I don't have cable and I use a wifi (USB connected) and it sometimes lag my games but during that specific TDM I wasn't lagging.
Maybe my USB was detected as some sort of software and triggered anti cheat?
Literally lost on why I was banned here...
The only thing I got from EA is that they will not reverse my sanction.
Clearly they are not investigating the issues about this false ban involving mistape bots.
Worst part is someone else can get this undeserving ban and lose their account like many of us did.
uh oh, i have also seen afk bots in TDM on EU and Asia servers
i only killed them a few times though. It's probably auto-dectetion kicking in if you go like 50-0 in scores
I think it's crazy that you can be banned just because there are AFK account farmers in the lobby. I think Respawn should detect these bots very easily since they do no damage and just run to a spot and fire their Peacekeepers.
From Respawn's point of view they probably think you are "in on it" for some ridiculous reason. They probably think you are controlling the bots and then getting easy weapon mastery challenge completion
What are we supposed to do if there are bot accounts in our lobby Respawn!? Leave them alone or leave match? Deal with the bot problem instead of punishing regular players.
Imagine living near Singapore server and you want to play TDM. You'd have to play on EU or NA with 300ms ping just because the most basic bot AFK farmers are not dealt with. I report evey bot account for "inactive during match" but there's nothing more I can do
You banned people probably don't have much luck with getting ban removed but try anyway. Maybe live chat on EA's help website and explain situation.

You literally get banned for trying to kill bots that you have no control of in any way.
It's not my choice if I get bots or players it's just matchmaking.
What the hell am I supposed to do? Leave the game and get 10min penalty and possibly getting suspended/banned for disruptive behavior due to leaving? Or kill the bots by myself and get banned anyways...
It's a lose lose scenario for the players that get these bot filled lobbies.
But like you said I think easy anti cheat thinks we're in on it for easy wins or something and can't tell that we're just trying to play a tdm game with real actual players.
This proves how their anti cheat has flaws and time and time again it proves that many people are getting false banned and most of them never get their accounts back.
I mean a few months ago people were getting banned for using Linux steamdeck..how does that even happen? Fix your anti cheat,fix your game and unban those who were caught in this mess.
It's crazy how you can get banned just because you want to play TDM but unfortunately get matched into a bot filled lobby.

Been playing this game since day 1 with the same background apps. Steam, discord,razer synapse and vanguard, never had any trouble till a few days ago...
First of all I'm running vanguard which is harsher than EAC from what I know and I never got banned in any riot games.
The new victim here. Been playing one Control mode with 16 bots in the lobby; I did it for 5000 damages, then was banned permanently. Shocking that my effort, time and money just gone by killing AFK bots
The fact that there's a bunch of people here with the exact specific ban confirms there is a bug with easy anti cheat or with the game yet nothing is being taken into action.
This is absurd.
I think the anti-cheat is working as we deal maybe too much damage. But it doesn't ignore that EA did nothing to double-check that they banned the right person. I have started playing since season 6, and I think it's time to quit, as they banned my account. There are just other games worth playing, and they won't ban you for things I have not done. I am totally disappointed with this company.
My guess is it has a limit on damage/kills because your supposed to be filled with other real players.
In my case I had 28 kills and 8000dmg in team death match and I got banned mid game.
My lobby were filled with afk bots so I just wanted to get the match over with but got punished instead...
But yeah EAC is such a * anti cheat.
No wonder they keep getting these massive false ban waves recently (talking about the steam deck false ban awhile back)

Hey. I filed a second appeal, and they just unbanned my account, saying there was suspicious activity in my account. But at first, they claimed that I was cheating... LMAO. Still, I won't spend that much time on this game now, I am just afraid that they will ban my account again for no reason in the future. If you could appeal again, make sure you attach proof showing that you spent money in the game. I attached my heirlooms and skins; it might sound silly, but it might actually work. Good luck, man.
Nope I've sent like 10 appeals now and my first one was full of screenshots of my account and heirlooms even receipts.
AND the forums and reddit posts regarding this issue and all they said was "we did all investigations and we took the right action by banning you due to cheating"
Now it basically sends me a bot reply of the same thing...
EA detection mechanism makes me speechless, this kind of thing can not understand
I could only wish that they will have a big update in this coming revenant remake and unban people, that is just unfair.
