While we're not able to help with missing content here on the forums, if you're not getting the support you need via email (Which I assume you've used up to this point, correct me if I'm wrong), try reaching out via a chat instead. It's generally the fastest way to get help:

Once you've selected your product and platform, just select "Manage my account" -> "Hacked account". That gives me the option to start a chat pretty consistently. Just explain what the actual issue is to the advisor once you get in contact with them.
Also, I'm sure you've already got all of this, but just in case and to make sure that everything goes smoothly, have your proof of purchase ready. This article shows exactly what they'll need to see:
