Community ManagerIf you're on a teen account there might be some parental controls set up to prevent in-game purchasing. That's something that would need to be changed from the parent account in the privacy settings.

Apex won’t let me purchase apex coins. I’m not on a teen account either. It keeps saying “something went wrong” not sure what happened there. Please try again later. It’s been doing this for awhile now.
Did you find the solution for this? I'm on the EA account, not on the steam and I can't purchase apex coins, my account isn't a teen account as well, and it says the same thing it says to you.
