Okay two last thing to try then the next step is to just post a bug report and forward this post.

    1. Go here and delete the apex folder: C:\Users\Tiberiusmoon\Saved Games\Respawn  (your keybinds will reset)

    2. Open nvidia control panel, go to change resolution and click customise:

    Spoiler

Tick the box and click create custom resolution.

Create the resolution you want, as long as its equal to or below the monitors native resolution in the top two boxes.

Click test, ok, ok and scroll into the resolution box:

    Apply the custom resolution.

Enter Apex and apply the settings.

    Then close the game.

Revert your Nvidia control panel settings to your normal resolution.

Open apex again and the option to change to your new resolutionc should be there.

There have been some issues with the latest 418.91 driver.

Try installing the previous driver: https://www.geforce.co.uk/drivers

    Adjusted for you 🙂

The idea is to nudge the game to detect other resolutions.
