i have same problem tho. It happens when i'm install the latest version of windows 10 (1903). I wasted so much internet quota to install the game but it won't stop downloading. It will revert to ''Playable''. This is bad for me because i have limited internet.
It still doesn't work for me. Im fully installed and updated my windows with no error. It still nonstop downloading apex. Even i have to go copy the game files from my friend and paste it to my Apex installation path then when i launch Origin, it resuming/verify the files and after the verify done, it shows 44% which is i need to download the rest of it. So i downloaded it with no hesitate, i don't even think about how much i already wasted my limited internet data on it and boom after the download hit 70% it revert back to 44%. I also try disable antivirus during download and still doesn't work.
I really want to play Apex so baddd. but the game hates me ☹️
