Hi @Whisky1srisky Code: Snake can happen for different reasons. If we're running into a connection issue then we can try the following:
- Checking any anti-virus or firewall on the device or network that blocks data
- Advanced connecting troubleshooting
- Set up a Static IP
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
If for any reason you are actions general you will receive a message from our TOS soon after, or you can check the Ban History, please note not all Bans may appear here. In which case you would need to contact our TOS team.
