Re: Connection rejected:invalid token

The issue still persists.

In Italy I noticed that the issue is related to the ISP Fastweb fiber.

I also tried to open a lot of ports like explained in help.ea.com, but without any success.

Maybe the solution is to get/request a public IP address, because this ISP uses NAT technology.

But I don't want to get anything, since only Apex is affected and I believe that this issue is fixable from your servers.

    Like many other people i saw that there somehow a problem with the fastgate modem of the company Fastweb... Why ?! ☹️ Can you just solve it asap please?

    Have the same problem just earlier. I played on trios with my team (random) and finished the game as champion. however, after the game is done and go back to the lobby, I've been reconnected to the server menu screen with this saying. After logging out and in twice, I got back in the game but my win and kills didn't count then my last played game was about 30 mins on the stats tab but it's 10minutes ago after I win.

    Hello all,

    so I confirm that if you request a Public IP from Fastweb, the problem is solved. 

    However, EA should fix it anyway, because Apex is the only game that doesn't work with this setting.

    Per gli italiani: per risolvere il problema, contattate Fastweb (tramite chat sul sito, tramite social o telefono), dite che volete un ip pubblico perché avete delle difficoltà con il gaming e dopo 24h (in seguito all'attivazione dell'ip pubblico) si risolve. Il servizio è gratuito ovviamente.

    For those who don't have Fastweb ISP, anyway you can achieve the solution by contacting your provider and asking for a public IP, because apparently the issue is something related to EA server firewall or similar.

  • SOLVED!!! 

    @GrandeKaiI called my Provider Fastweb, and asked for the Static Public IP, and now finally the problem is solved!

    The issue is caused by the NAT type of our provider, that does not work with cross-play. Open a ticket with your internet provider and explain that you have gaming problem.

    Same here in Puerto Rico, i play the first 3 weeks without a problem now since las week I can’t play a match
