on the ea website it says that cross progression will be phased over a period of time. i was juts wondering how long that period of time is?

Hi @EA_Mako hey i literally found out about the cross progression yesterday redownload apex and hook my xbox account to my pc but today i dont have the prompt for the cross progression today

This is rolling out to folks in waves, so not everyone will receive the prompt day 1.

Keep an eye out in-game and you'll see a notification similar to the one below once your account has been migrated.

so the thing about making second apex accounts after the 26th wont impact it @EA_Mako 

so cause i link my account yesterday i cant get all my skins and heirlooms from my xbox to my pc like is their anything yall can do to help me out for that @EA_Mako 

Hey @EA_Mako so I have a PS4 account that I’ve had linked to this ea. I had a Xbox account already linked, then I unlinked it after the 26th and re-linked it. Since the account at one point was linked before the 26th does it still merge?

If those were both linked to the same EA account and you had simply unlinked and re-linked the Xbox to the same account, that shouldn't cause an issue. Any time you unlink an account there is the possibility of lost content or issues with the game, however re-linking it to the same account should generally correct that.

I'm afraid not. In that case none of the content from the Xbox account would be merged.

Cross Progression is rolling out in waves so not everyone may see it immediately.

You should see a splash screen similar to the one below confirming your account has been migrated once this takes place.

Don't be concerned if this doesn't appear for you immediately, but once that process completes do let us know if you're encountering anything unusual. Thanks!

I’m having trouble with my account merge. I first started off on PlayStation and ended up making the switch to PC. I was trying to get my accounts merged and launched the game before realizing my Steam was set up under one email and for whatever reason my account on my PlayStation was set up with another email. On my EA account the PlayStation and Steam accounts are linked, and have been linked sense I made a steam account, they just had different emails and now they are the same. Is there anything that can be done about this or anything I can do to make them merge?

@EA_Mako  Hi, I had to make a steam account this morning and link my EA account to it because I'd never previously linked my EA account to steam before. Because I had to make this account today (after Oct. 26th), am I still eligible to transfer all the stuff on my PS5 account to PC or am i outta luck and stuck on PS forever?

Your Steam account is showing as level 1 because all progress is saved on the EA account, not the platform.

If you had progress on your Steam account that you're wanting to save, you'll need to re-link the Steam account back to the original EA account where that was earned.

Progress cannot be transferred from one EA account to another, but if you don't care about the PC progress and just wanted to use your Xbox progress on PC, this is fine.

If your PlayStation and Steam accounts are on the same EA account that's all you need to do. What your email address is on your PlayStation or Steam accounts does not matter, just whether or not you've linked them to your EA account.

Once Cross Progression is active on your account you'll have access to all the content from both platforms.

Yes, the date you listed is the cutoff for progress from linked accounts to be merged, not to convert the account to Cross Progression. You'll still be able to access the content on linked accounts, any you've added since that date just would not merge their content to your EA account.

I'm very confused, Like many people I linked my PC new account to my EA account which has my Xbox account on it which I now know means I am illegible for the merge yet I have been on Apex for hours and not had the prompt for the cross progression? I am worried

you should be fine it coming out in waves i have yet to hear from anyone in game thats has gotten it prompt yet.

@EA_Mako  if my steam is set up with a different gmail to my ea but they are still linked will i still get cross progression?

hello i am wondering if i will get the in game prompt because i have 2 different ea accounts one for my PC steam apex account and one for PS4. so i unlinked my steam account and linked it to my PSN EA account 2 days ago i think. will i still get cross progression? i know that ive lost my PC progress but i dont mind that i just want my PSN progress on my PC.
