Cross Progression allows you to access the content on a single EA account with any platforms connected to that same EA account.

If you have multiple EA accounts, it won't be possible to combine or merge the progress from them together.

In that regard, I would highly suggest avoiding unlinking your account(s) to link them elsewhere, as that will not transfer any content and will instead cause that progress to be lost.
