If your PSN account isn't connected to an EA Account yet (And doesn't have any Apex progress) then it can be linked to the account you want to link it to.

Once you do that, the PSN account will link and it should be able to access content from the merged account.

If your PSN account is already linked to another EA account then you could relink it to the EA account you want it to be connected to.

Do keep in mind that it will not bring over any progress from your PSN between EA accounts.
