The same thing is happening to me currently, have you figured anything out? I just purchased the battle pass season 28 and a spotlight and I have over 10 packs to open but I can’t access my packs. The entire right bottom corner is blank for me, it’s showing -9999 everything and I can’t access my challanges or my legend locker. All of my other ps5 friends are not having this issue along with the Xbox people I know, I’ve deleted and reinstalled the game, along with restoring my license I’m not sure what to do.

Same here. I noticed it happened after getting the spotlight pass for octane, some people on Reddit said it happened after their spotlight pass for fuse was complete
Same thing is happening to me currently I bought the caustic spotlight pads then my game just started doing this not to long after but it’s pissing me off because this didn’t happen when I bought pathfinders I’ve tried everything idk how to fix
Experiencing this on xbox, it worked for literally 30 seconds and have lost battle pass rewards and the fuse pass pack that I should have got. I hope this gets fixed soon. Contacted EA help and said they have passed it on to the team. I'm not sure how many votes are usually enough to get the devs attention?
i think the issue is with the spotlight pass everybody that bought one has those issues me too
