Are you also running into this same issue on one specific account? If you try logging in with other accounts it lets you connect? 

Mine I the only account on my xbox 

Just tried my son's account and I can't play still

Issue is fixed. It was a problem with my xbox

Had to do a factory reset. And they believe my external hard drive was corrupt

Didn't have to do a full reset I was able to keep my games.

I'm experiencing this issue from my home pc; when I play from a pc cafe, everything works normally. Namely, data centers list is empty and I can't connect. I tried changing my DNS, both ipv4 and ipv6 and nothing helped. Any idea on what I should do?

If it's only happening when you're on your home network I am curious if setting a static IP address could help. 

The Port Forward website has some instructions on how you can set a static IP. If you're able to give that a try please let me know if you're still getting stuck at the same spot. Thanks! 

I am also having this problem on my computer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it, and that didn't fix it. I then removed it from my steam account and am reinstalling it.

So when I try and change my dons doesn't work and I don't want to delete the account or log out of it cause I won't sign back in again and I'm on Xbox so please respond please if you have a chance I don't know what to do and play apex please

Hello, ever since the new update I have also been experiencing this issue on all my consoles.

DNS settings did not work

Resetting console did not work

Factory Resetting console did not work

When the update was barely installed it was working, then it suddenly stopped
