Same here been almost a year went to check my account somehow im a level 134 prestiege 1 which i was barely presige 1 level 9 at the time and bloodhound has 1k+ kills im not that good ea messed up but i cant even join into the lobby/queue it just gives me detected data mismatch error. Hopefully they shoot me a email on the fix for my account would be sad my husband spent a lot of time and effort and money on the game with me.
Community AdminThank you for the posts, this looks like a server-side issue that's being worked on. Testing myself this morning I didn't encounter this, hopefully it's connecting fine for folks in general now.
@AlishaHil From your description, it sounds like your account may have been used by someone else in the meantime, there isn't a way we'd add progress. You may want to consider updating your password/connected email.

Experiencing the same issue since yesterday, I came back after almost 2 years of not playing.
Same here, I login again after 1 year and i get this probem
@EA_David unfortunately issue is still persisting on my end, it seems like its really only occurring to players who've taken rather large/long breaks 1-2 years

I've had a support ticket open and initially got the connectivity troubleshooting, when I ensured them it wasn't a connectivity issue on my end, the next agent asked for account details to fix the issue, however when I replied with the account details, I got a response from another agent giving me the same Microsoft article linked previously here ☹️
I pushed back on this so hoping eventually it gets to the right agent that can fix it. I've also linked to this thread in the support ticket to raise more awareness it's not a one-off case.

@EA_David I'm definitely still getting the error: detected data mismatch. For additional context, my account has had this issue since S16 release; it somehow has two separate content profiles linked to my account...one with all my battlepass skins / legends / heirlooms and another that didn't even have legends unlocked on it, but the account level and stats are the same and I was still able to play the game. Now with S17, instead of being able to play on this "second" content profile, I am presented with this error and unable to play at all.
This is pretty frustrating
