Nope I have contacted support on numerous occasions with the same reply, I've lost all my skins and legends at this point because they wont even acknowledge the problem. The only way to even play again is if you unlink your account if you are playing on steam and create a brand new ea account and link that one. If on ea app create a new account and play on that. That has been the only thing that works for me which is unacceptable.
