Hello i got the cross progression prompt switched it on then said login it gave disconnect client information mismatch error.
PLS FIX!!!!

I got cross progression on PC all my console stuff transferred over and played some games and then got booted after about 7 games and now can’t even get in the lobby.
detected mismatch and boots back to lobby, please help I want to buy the stuff in the store on my account.
Got the same thing after getting the prompt, is this getting looked at ?
I Don't Know but i have been having the same issue for 2 or so days now, immediately after getting the prompt for cross progression I was hit with the "Disconnect: data miss match" and haven't been able to load up since. I really hope they get a fix for this I was so excited to use my heirloom's I had unlocked on PS4 on my PC.
@emmitboi67I have 5 heirlooms on my account hat cost me a lot of money through the events so they hopefully will find a fix soon. this feels like being robbed of a good thing
yup me too i got heirloom on xbox swapped to pc got the cross platform notification switched it on and now aal i get is data mismatch.

I am also getting this error STILL on PC. I can now log in on PS4, but when I do, Seasonal / Legends / Loadout / and Store are all greyed out / unselectable. I was still able to to join a game and when I did, all my unlocked legends were there (which they were not before). BUT, all currenty in the top right corner are all flashing -9999 so something is still VERY broken with my account.
- @quietstilldeade I'm facing exactly the same issue. Did it also appear after the Cross Progression notification ?

I never got any cross progression notification when I loaded it up today. My account has been broken for months though, not just with the recent cross progression push.
I have had this issue for a few days now and no updates or information on if it's being worked on. I hope this gets fixed before the next event because a lot of their players are going to miss out.
- @SFRNz Definitely not fixed. I have been dealing with this for the past 3 days and today.
@cennbadontwitchYeah I know. I have had it for a month now. I was, unsuccessfully, being fecitious.
Trello says it's fixed in last patch, but for most of us the issue remains. You are free to make your own guesses.
My guess: Mako here and the rest of the staff have no clue what's going on with this error, and hence why they ignore most of the topics about it that keep popping up / repeat the same useless things.
If you do a search here you will see this issue has been around for months for some. So, personally, I would not hold hope that the developers even know how to fix it. Moreso now that they seemingly fumbled the Cross-Progression for so many people.
On the other hand, I could be wrong.Why haven't they updated the Trello with this problem yet? Why does it still say it's been fixed?

I am just wondering if EA care about this issue at all. This is robbery.

Yea got cross progression and got to play a few games with all my cool stuff now data mismatch can’t play at all.

It’s sad I wanted to buy the 100 pack bundle and I doubt this will be fixed for next week for the new event. I wanted loba skin but you know now I can’t do anything.
Can you please give us an update @EA_Mako
Hopefully it’s fixed by Tuesday please please a ton of us can’t play at all.

Hey everyone,
We had pushed out a fix to resolve one cause for this popping up, but we're definitely aware a number of players are still running into the Disconnected: Detected Data Mismatch error.
This is often related to accounts that have been linked/unlinked, and we're still working to get this fixed up for those still affected.
Thanks for the continued patience while this is being looked into further.

Wow is that all your answer? We have been unable to get into your game for weeks, where we spent a lot of money, and you come out weeks after saying, you still working on solving the problem? I am not surprised at the lack of respect you have for your community, and why this game never goes forward, but always goes backwards. @EA_Mako

I never unlinked/relinked anything on my account and have been unable to play for more then a week. This error happened immediately after i got the cross progression prompt
@EA_Mako you have zero respect for us players. This is a serious problem that no longer allows us to enter our accounts where we have spent money and time. I was so happy to play after a year . As soon as I had the cross progression I turned on the PC, I also bought the 100 packs in the shop, and I only had time to play 3 games before the Detected Data Mismatch error came up. I didn't even have time to enjoy what I had just paid, I asked you for help and I wrote to you a thousand times, and no one was able to help me. this is not right . the problem had to be fixed immediately, and not after weeks. from this we understand that you do not take these problems seriously. I assume that if the issue is ever solved it won't be now, so we will lose all the events that are to come like the one with Loba's skin. please, since we are in the Christmas mood, please fix the problem now

Thank you for the response! Disregard all the rude comments by other people I appreciate you looking into this for everybody with data mismatch. If there is anything I can do to help if you need to look at my account let me know. My account was linked and has been on the main account the whole time. I was able to play some games but then it just popped up kicked me out after about 2 days.
- SebbMeister892 years agoRising Traveler@EA_Mako I had this problem before you started with the linking accounts and cross-play. Tried uninstalling the game, updated drivers, nothing works..
I even deleted everything Apex related in the MicrosoftRegistry.
