I see that your account is currently blocked as a result of unauthorized activity by someone who gained access to your account. Our Terms of Service (TOS) team will need to review the situation and confirm the details.

Unfortunately, I don't have the ability to personally review your account or provide further information. However, you can reach out to our live support to inquire about the status of your case and ensure that it has been forwarded to the Terms of Service team. The team will also help you secure the account.

Please keep in mind that not all bans are immediately visible in the ban history.

Our support team will never ask you to provide your password, so please never share that with anyone.

    Okay. Can you then tell me how to contact TOS?
