Try the following:

• Right click the game in Origin and then choose Repair. 
• If you are on Steam: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB
• Download and install all available Windows Updates
• Run System File Checker to ensure the integrity of your Windows System files: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
• Perform a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 or http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
