@VSG_sm0ake Could you please go to Windows Update and verify you got no updates laying around?

    Do you have the latest versions of

    NET Framework, Direct X and Microsoft Visual C++.

    If yes, reinstall/repair them. 

    You can also try to create a new windows user account.

    And see if this helps.

    I finally got it working. I ended up having geek squad remote into my computer and after an hour of doing tons of other things I didn't do they got it working. Thanks for the help!

    @VSG_sm0ake How did you do that, I needed a solution
    r5apex.exe error. The application was unable to start correctly (0xc000007b)

    @thichthiman I don't know how it was fixed. Luckily I had geek squad from best buy from a TV I bought, took them over an hour, remoting into my computer to fix it.bi don't know what all they did. Sorry
