I finally got it working. I ended up having geek squad remote into my computer and after an hour of doing tons of other things I didn't do they got it working. Thanks for the help!

- @thichthiman I don't know how it was fixed. Luckily I had geek squad from best buy from a TV I bought, took them over an hour, remoting into my computer to fix it.bi don't know what all they did. Sorry
