Thank you for trying!
Do you currently have your CPU or GPU overclocked? If so, can you try lowering the clock speed to test and see if that makes a difference?

Gotcha. I'm guessing it's probably not overclocked in that case.
Another option that might help is disabling Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling in Windows. Can you try this as well to see if that helps?
1. Right-click on an empty space on your Windows desktop and click Display Settings in the menu that pops up.
2. Click Graphics Settings
3. Click Change default graphics settings
4. Turn off Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling
