Re: Friend Request not received

We don’t know his username on ea! He got apex as a gift for Christmas and he’s playing on a child Nintendo account. All we needed to do was writing in our dad’s email address and by the way we did in some way bypass the verification that dad got on his mail. Now it says that the session was expired when you press the link in that mail. Thanks for all help we can get!

Hmmm, I see. I think it might be best to get in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look at the account. I'm afraid that isn't something we can look into here on Answers HQ.
