EasyAntiCheat comes up as a process, ApexLegends does not show up in apps.

No MSI afterburner. 

All other steps followed. Still Same error of executing illegal instruction

I tried everything on this forum. Nothing works...

what kind of config do you have ?

Same issue here. Core 2 Quad Q6600. Looks like the no Man's Sky problem all over again. I hope Respawn fixes it like NMS devs did pretty quickly. 

i have x5460 proic witout SSE 4.2 instructions alot of ppl who say they have problem they use 775 socket like me to so there is no point of instaling reinstaling game nothing helps if you buy new processor with SSE 4.2 instrucionts it will help thats the point of new games spent your money guys if you want play :D

Same with q9550 nothing helps. And on realiabilty monitor it saying bad_module_info , tryed disable full screen optimization on the exe file also running on admin mode and also dpi scaling and still nothing.

Will they add support 4.1? Is it possible?

Hello, in origin go to game library, right click Apex legends and game features and change the game language.
After that the game starts loading something and the game works for some reason, (you can change the language back after you've tried if it works or not for you)

Notice this is the solution me and my friend came up with. Cheers.

Hello folks,

I've literally tried everything by now.

• Updated my GPU drivers
• Updated Windows
• Reinstalled Origin 5 times already (stopped counting)
• Redownloaded Apex Legends 4 times by now, since it's only taking 20 minutes
• I had it downloaded to every harddrive I own
• Had CCleaner running over my registry
• Started apex.exe, origin.exe & the EAC.exe with administrator rights and without it
• Reliability reports states something is wrong with the "bad_module_info" (can't find anything related to that)
• I have tried this "change the language" thingy -> still not working
• There is no PopUp message to be found anywhere

Never had such a problem with any game I wanted to play...

I really don't know where to continue this. It's absolutely pissing me off.

While all the people I know keep playing round over round, I have to trouble shoot everything without a proper solution in sight.

Hit me up, if you need more detailed info about reliability report or such.

guys there is no point.... EA think only how  to make money and this is free game... im so dissapointed that i cant play this game.

same here, tried everything but after i see the easy-anticheat loader it pops back to the origin store/app.

I am feeling the same frustrations.  I have spoken with customer support twice as well and I believe they are just reading this darn forum to give "answers".

Really feeling it is a system thing "maybe".

PC SPECS are:

*CPU: QX9650 water cooled with Cool Masters CPU Cooler OC'd 3.6GHz
*MOBO: Asus Rampage Formula LGA775 Socket
*RAM: 8GB DDR2 OC'd 1066
*GPU: Asus STRIX 1050ti 4GB - OC'd
*SSD for OS - WIN10

I have all programs running on a separate HD.

I have tried everything mentioned and still no success at loading the game.

Hope there is a solution...

Re-installing the EasyAntiCheat service worked for me.

I was able to play today but the game suddenly crashed without any messages after a match ended. Reinstalling Origin, the game, video drivers didn't help. The game stil refused to launch and the window closed right after the anti-cheat splash screen and the Respawn intro.

Here's what I did to re-install the service:

• Run C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Apex\EasyAntiCheat\EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe
• Clicked the "Remove" link in the bottom left corner and waited for removal to finish.
• Clicked the big blue "Install" button in the middle.
• Clicked the "Finish" button to close the window.

And now I can run the game again.
