@Photograph_EA i found a fix and its turning on the dynamic shadow. i only had maybe twice hiccups since then.

Enabling dot shadows really helps with game freezes. But the FPS is low and not stabile this season. Also bad ping. It became much worse than before. So it happened that I changed the provider a few days ago - but that didn't solve the problem either. The problem is not with my internet or PC, but with the game servers. ((
