Re: Game froze and crashed while opening Apex Pack, never got content.

@EA_Atic I already got in touch with EA Help and this is now closed. Indeed you lose content. Because in my case, I got the pack from leveling up, game froze, crashed, got back to the lobby and basically it was like I never got the Apex pack. Nothing on my inventory.
