hi!
I have had a problem with a different game, but this might help you:1. Ensure that both the EA app and Steam are closed.2. Press the Windows key and "R" simultaneously on your keyboard.3. Type or copy and paste "%ProgramData%\Electronic Arts\EA Services" (without the quotation marks) into the newly opened window and press ENTER.4. Move the "License" folder to your desktop.5. Restart your PC and check if the changes have resolved the issue.
