Same issue. Haven't been able to play the game yet because of this issue.

Specs:

i7-2600 @ 3.4GHz

16GB RAM

Asus STRIX GTX 970

Attached a dxdiag log as well for the devs.

Tried Reinstalling Origin, Apex Legends, moving the game to all 4 different drives I have, works on none obviously, tried reinstalling Windows entirely, didn't work. Tried cold reboot, didn't work.
