Hi @efadeyev73 When you get a moment can you check the following?

• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Check you security software is not limiting Apex Legends
• Close out of any other running Anti-Cheats like Vanguard to ensure they don't interfere with EAC
• Put your device in a Clean Boot then launch the game
