Hey there. I have same problems and more.
When i play ranked with my friends: one of them from germany, me and my second friend from moscow. WE have a lot of laggs.
Most of them server problems i think or something like that;

You're outta luck, OP.
Issue has started and been propagating out to people since the last patch. You can see the dreaded "Prediction Error" icon in the top right while this lag happens.
Long n' short of it is that it's a server-side issue, the devs have not acknowledged it exists, there's nothing you can do to resolve it; basically the servers cannot communicate with you fast enough to authorize the position and action-based activity you're telling it you're doing; so it moves you back to the "last known good" location until it gets the data it wants.
If you ask me, chances are it's a hardware/scaling issue with the servers or a possible issue with the most recent software patch; but if you don't see a fix by tomorrow, you might not want to get your hopes up for a fix for the next couple weeks, if not months.
Remember, EA made a profit of almost $23B last year. They didn't get to that size of a nest egg by spending money on scaling hardware up to meet and exceed demand. No sir! They pinch pennies, and let the customer experience suffer to keep those expenses low and fixed!
