Re: Getting constant "This profile is not permitted to play online" since last patch

Ive been having this issue where I time out with codes: Wheel, cloud, net
its been happening constantly ever since I linked my accounts with origin and steam so I could crossplay with console players.

I could sit idle at the lobby and itll time me out. 
Ive tried: 

Deleting both applications and redownloading them, no improvement.

Deleting cache in both applications, no improvement.
 

It also says, "This profile is not permiited to play online" majority of the time and I can bypass it by restarting the app.

I haven't recieved a ban email from EA so I dont know whats going on.

I originally played Apex on console with no issues but converting to PC has been the worse decision.

Any answer to the problem that I'm having?
