Re: Having an issue with not being permitted to play online.

I gave it a week, tweets, emails, this. And nothing. It's genuinely so sad how EA is unable to even acknowledge these issues from people who enjoy the game etc.

I'm just uninstaling it, no use in trying to get an answer anymore. 

Friends warned me about playing and paying for an EA game. Just wish I listened. Couldn't even get a human to respond to me. Guess it was a great run.
