Earning a ban doesn't result in your EA account being deleted. You account will remain, it'll just have a ban on it instead.

There's no way around the security check. The support team can't help you make any changes until you pass that stage which means the Xbox gamertag linked up will linked up to that account.

So if the email can't be recovered, or you can't recall the information needed to pass the security check, you're looking at opening up a new gamertag and linking it to a new EA account to play Apex from the Xbox.

You do see how this is a level of jaw-dropping, awe-inspiring stupidity, that has merited nothing but chuckles from folks I have shared this situation to?
I LIKE your games; I would like to continue playing them and I would LIKE to give my money to do so. But, canceling my paid Microsoft subscription, tanking all of my xbox data, just so I can start a new free account with you all... No, I don't think so.
I understand this may be an ill-placed rant, so I apologize. I understand the need for you all to uphold security and support that! But let's play the game of hypotheticals for a moment. I am not asking for information on one of your profiles or to delete the profile itself. I am asking that it be decoupled from a xbox gamertag:
Let's assume I'm doing this to "Stick it" to someone I don't like... their EA account still exists, their gamertag surely still exists, relink the two and boom! Minor inconvenience? Sure! any harm done? not really!
Now just for giggles, let's think about what may happen if someone is not out for such petty vengeance, but instead would like to support your game. Your verification scheme makes it impossible to reestablish my account. I have really enjoyed and played a lot of your battlefield games. Yet, I am willing to lose all that information if it means I can play your new games... I can't pretend to represent EA, but this seems like a wonderful client situation.
Anyways, in the worst-case scenario where this request is malicious, it's a 15 minute fix. In the honest case, it means a lifetime of not your playing your games.
