When I try to sign in to Apex Legend a message appears saying "this account is invalid." I have over 40 days in the game so I know there wasn't a proble before.
I have tried resetting my EA password and still nothing. Also I have tried linking my EA account and xbox live, but another message says this account is ineligible.
I am having the same thing happen to my PS4 account right now
Just had the issue. I requested a new password for the actual EA account, updated it, and confirmed my PS4 account is connected. The email should be the same one you used for your PS4 account.
Yeah that doesnt work, I like how ea has bots comment saying it works when it obviously doesnt

I looked through some of the other post's, you can try to fix it by updating your EA account password on a computer and then restarting your game. This worked for me so it's worth a shot.
Same, auto tied with Xbox live, now says that's ineligible, so I go to my actual old windows email account that's ties to my actual Xbox account and they don't send me anything to change said password. I had to make this account just to come here to voice a grievance. So far best I've seen is call them....

Yeah I have an ea account that is a different email than my psn. And my psn isn’t associated with my ea account on that ea account. So either I unknowingly made a new ea account and can’t rememeber the password. Or change it because I get no password reset email when I request one to the email of my psn. So either their services are screwy or I just don’t have an ea account associated with the email account of my psn. I have almost 7k games played on apex and I’m just now getting this issue? What gives ea?
