Re: How do I fix an invalid EA account?

I'm encountering the same problem.

Have they said anything about it? Mine is doing the same thing. 

This is happening on PS4 also I was logged in closed the app for 10 minutes when I went to log in it said this account is invalid

All right guys, So after spending like 8 hours straight on this EA disaster, I discovered that apparently many years ago I had created an ea account under a diff email. Somehow my primary account relinked to that one and booted me from the one I created for apex...I couldn’t remember my password on my OLD account so I reset it and then when I logged in, there it was, it showed my Xbox linked to my OLD account for whatever reason..I confirmed it by reconnecting my Xbox AGAIN but to my OLD account and it worked!! BACK IN ACTION!!

Can you at least show us how because I tried so many ways nothing worked for me 

Do you have another (OLD) EA account? If so, reset password if you can’t remember it and log in to old account. You can navigate through and see if your Xbox or psn account is linked to that OLD EA account (mine was for some weird reason). That’s all

ot took for me. Just to confirmed, I logged out and when I went to log back in again I chose “log in using” Xbox live account located at bottom of EA log in page and it confirmed it for me.

Ok this is beginning to paint a picture. Ea servers or resetting to some of the oldest accounts we’ve created with them. I had an e mail with an internet service I no longer have and can’t access it. It’s like they can’t do any about the trouble THEY caused.

After spending 8 hours and speaking to two EA support agents, the issue was finally resolved. I had to fill out a form specifically stating certain info about my account and recent purchases. Really had to work for it. Thanks EA.

I am having the exact same issue but I only have one email and the person I spoke with won’t help me understand what type of account that is. I’m beyond furious. 24 hours a of solo troubleshooting and literally they only called me once I went through account recovery to try and recover the old account and they told me they couldn’t find the account

True story. Just did this and it's resolved. 

Mine wasn't unlinked though. I just had to reset my password on my account.

To clarify:

Original EA account is a Gmail I use. I reset that password and nothing. 

I then reset my old EA account which was under a Hotmail address and which I used to link my Xbox live account since they match. The problem was then fully resolved automatically.

So basically i stopped playing apex for a couples of weeks and then when i come back and try to connect it says my account is invalid so i go to ea unable To connect and when i try to connect my xbox account it says my account is *ilinible* so i created this account  To the to get help i dont want To lose my account i had a lot of stuff my gamertag is :SVeX hk      on xbox
