When you play one of our games for the first time, your account is linked. There are some steps you go through to make this happen, but it all occurs the first time you play. Regardless, try resetting your password at www.origin.com. If that doesn't work, please try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. You can also go to facebook.com/eahelphub to get in touch with support. They'll look into this for you. Thanks!

I didn't know that the account gets linked after the first game. I have played the game since the start of apex legends. However, my xbox account won't connect to EA or Origin so I can't get in that ways. I'm currently trying to get a case opened. Thanks for the suggestions. I'll tell you if something helps.

As long as you have access to the email on your account, I believe they should be able to get this resolved. If you don't, you'll need to go through account recovery. The advisor that takes your case can go over that.

Thank you for the procedures on getting my account back. I'm was the knightblade565. Looks like I had an email that I forgot that I used for my old origin account. All problems solved.

I have still not been able to figure out why my PSN account is ineligible or what account its even linked to because if it was linked the my PSN email i wouldnt even be having this problem
