Yes. You would. I definitely get the frustration with that, but we simply can't turn over accounts to people that can't verify they own them.

It depends how busy the queue is. In most cases, you have a response from an account recovery specialist within 24 hours.

You're not providing enough accurate answers, unfortunately. You're welcome to keep submitting the webform, but you'll need to use answers that match the history of the account.
