Is your Switch account linked to the same EA account that your Xbox account is connected to?

If that's the case then you simply have to wait until it's your turn for cross progression.

(Once it's your turn, it'll happen automatically when you go in-game)

Cross progression will be rolled out in waves, so some players might have their accounts merged earlier than you.
