Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

I recently started playing Apex Legends again. I was around level 58 at the time of the ban for "Gameplay Enhancement". 

I submitted around 10 tickets but they have all been denied yet I don't think a single human has actually looked at my appeals. I have nothing external or internal that should impact my game. 

I submitted my ban request with a DxDiag.txt showing all my drivers & peripherals yet they havent even looked at that. I have openly said I have done nothing wrong and asked for a reason why I am being denied / banned in the first place but every response is the same reply on why I was banned which is them just saying they have done the correct thing???

Is there anything further I can do to prove to the TOS team that I was not cheating? I am stumped and don't know where to go from here because my Alt also got banned for a similar reason in "Gameplay Emulation" which I also have no idea how it got banned. 

I only use Fps_Max, Preload & Novid on my steam launch options so I don't know what else could be considered "Enhancing".

If anyone has been successfully unbanned please let me know what proof you had to send, to get them to actually respond properly to your appeal.
