Attached is the UOTrace with the VPN ON. To me at least It doesn't seem to make a difference but I think that high ping is expected because easo.ea.com is a US server.
I know that by looking at free IP to map tools online and by the hops with ".us." in them. These don't appear when I UOTrace directly to the Frankfurt Datacenter (see attached UOTRace_VPN_frankfurt).
I checked this morning and I don't see the issue but I'm sure it will come back.
I'm also pretty sure the issue is not my ISP.
Yesterday when I experienced the issue I came across this website: https://gameserverping.com/apex
I saw the same ping I got in the game and it suggested a US Server. Frankfurt was around 300-500ms
When I checked other games on that website (Overwatch, Pubg, Fortnite) I saw normal ping times from EU servers (below 100ms)
I'm open to any suggestions you guys have the next time I see the problem, I'm not in love with my ISP.
P.S If anyone wonders, there are no Israel / Middle-East servers for Apex (or almost any other game). we always connect to EU servers and it works well.
