Sorry you had to deal with that! Games can definitely get heated sometimes, but there's never a reason for that type of behavior.

If he was reported through Xbox, they'd look into that on their end so I wouldn't be able to speak to how that investigation unfolds.

If you ever forget or are otherwise unable to use the in-game reporting options, you can always follow-up with that by using this form to send in a report to us manually. 

All reports are investigated and actioned based on the severity of what was said and the account history, so I appreciate you doing what you can to bring those individuals to our attention, thanks!
